Doris discovers she has Dyslexia and her mother explains what it means to her young daughter. The book shows a bonding relationship with the mother when talking about something that will be hard for a young child to understand, yet the message is one of extreme positivity for any parent struggling to explain this educational concern. As with all those who have Dyslexia, the future is brighter than for many without it, as we have to rewire our brain in a wider path to learn and comprehend at an earlier age, only to find our adult life is generally far better than our peers.
